Conference will be held at the Nordic Hotel Forum Conference Facility (www.nordichotels.eu). Nordic Hotel Forum is located in the heart of Tallinn (Viru väljak 3).
Language
Working language of the Conference is English. No translation will be provided.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Welcome reception will be held in the historical Town Hall (Raekoja plats 1)
During the Reception snacks and drinks will be served and the guests will have a wonderful possibility to enjoy live music in the only surviving Gothic town hall in Northern Europe.
Welcome reception is included in the registration fee, no additional charge.
MEDIEVAL PARTY
September 3, 2009 at 19:00 - 22.00
Conference participants will have a unique opportunity to take part of a Medieval party held in the restaurant Olde Hansa, the home of a rich Hanseatic merchant. The guests can enjoy delicious food, good drink, and good music in the warmth of hearth and home come down to our Age from the Hanseatic times.
Party is included in the registration fee, no additional charge.
GALA DINNER
September 4, 2009 at 19:00 - 22.00
Conference Dinner will take place at Nordic Hotel Forum Restaurant Monaco. During the dinner the guests can enjoy 3-course menu, drinks and live mood and dance music from Anna Põldvee trio.
