To accommodate Conference participants, sufficient number of rooms have been reserved at Nordic Hotel Forum and Hotel Bern.

Please use the Conference registration form to make your accommodation reservation and indicate your hotel and room preference from the list above. Conference Secretariat will confirm your reservation by e-mail and payment for the hotel will be handled according to that confirmation.
If you prefer a different type of room, please ask the Secretariat for quotation.
Given the fact that the number of rooms available in individual hotels is limited, the accommodation will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. In case the room and/or hotel you have chosen is not available Conference Secretariat will contact you to make an alternative suggestion.
Accommodation reservation deadline is 1 August, 2009. For later registration accommodation in the above mentioned hotels and for the special price cannot be guaranteed.
Special price is valid only if registration is made and accommodation fee paid full in advance to the Conference Secretariat by August 1, 2009. All reservations that are not guaranteed with advance payment will be cancelled on August 2, 2009.
Late registrations with higher fee are possible until September 2, 2009.
Terms of payment
Upon receipt of the registration form the Conference Secretariat will confirm your registration and bookings via e-mail. Payment of the registration and accommodation fee must be made in advance according to the confirmation letter. Participant's name and number of the confirmation must be marked on the payment order.
Note: Please be sure that all the bank-processing costs are borne by the remitter and the full amount is received; the organisers will not accept such processing costs.
In order to guarantee your registration, all fees should be paid in advance according to the invoice and before the Conference, by September 2, 2009 at the latest. After this date all registrations being not guaranteed with a respective payment will be cancelled.
Cancellations and changes
Registration fees will be refunded in case the cancellation is made before 1 August, 2009. There will be no refund for cancellation made after August 1, 2009. In all cases, payment handling costs will be deducted from the amount of refund. All refunds will be processed after the Conference.
Accommodation reservations can be cancelled or changed before 1 August, 2009. In case of cancellations or changes after that date or no-shows there may be penalty fees by the hotels.
