Registration information
PrintRegistration is open for invited participants and their assembled delegations only.
We expect the delegations from eleven cities (Tallinn, Narva, Riga, Klaipeda, Vilnius, Odessa, St. Petersburg, Kaliningrad, Helsinki, Stockholm, and Oslo) to participate to the workshop, with three representatives from each city, including a municipal official, an NGO coordinator, and a representative from a network of people living with HIV/AIDS.
In order to participate in this workshop, we kindly ask you to fill out the registration form which was enclosed to the invitation or by registration form in this homepage and return it to Heli Kuik at heli.kuik@frens.ee by Friday, June 30. As we will book and purchase the flight tickets for participants, it is of crucial importance that we receive the completed registration forms by June 30 the latest.
Additionally, we ask that you complete the enclosed “Self-Assessment Framework for AIDS Competence” to assess your capacity to deal with HIV/AIDS and send it to Heli Kuik at heli.kuik@frens.ee and Estrella Merlos at emerlos@cifalatlanta.org or via fax at +1 404 446 4173 no later than Friday, August 1, 2008 so that it can be included in a summary chart. To help us better serve your needs please include a one page summary identifying the areas in which you wish to expand your knowledge. We also encourage you to identify the strengths and expertise you think could benefit other cities.
