Day 4: Saturday, October 18, 200809:00 – 09:45 Session 6: Drafting and presenting action plans by city delegations
Each city delegation will develop an action plan for the next twelve months, with a
focus on new partnerships and exchanges to progress in identified priority areas.
Personal commitment of the member’s delegation regarding the plan should be
included

10:00 – 11:00 Peer review: country comparison, clustering the countries/cities,
establishing support groups, agreeing on regional objectives
Establishment of a regional core group to guide and monitor implementation
through the Communities of Practice; agreement on the objectives and activity
plan for CIFAL Tallinn for the following period, including personal commitments
11:00 – 12:00 Official Closing Session
4 delegations will briefly present its action plan and commitments for
implementation (10 min. each)
