PrintAdditionally to the registration form, we ask that you complete the enclosed “Self-Assessment Framework for AIDS Competence” to assess your capacity to deal with HIV/AIDS and send it to Heli Kuik at heli.kuik@frens.ee and Estrella Merlos at emerlos@cifalatlanta.org or via fax at +1 404 446 4173 no later than Friday, August 1, 2008 so that it can be included in a summary chart. To help us better serve your needs please include a one page summary identifying the areas in which you wish to expand your knowledge. We also encourage you to identify the strengths and expertise you think could benefit other cities.
